“The KEEPER of the KEYS” Premieres

As anyone who attended the VIP Red Carpet Premiere of “The KEEPER of the KEYS” on Dec. 8th in Las Vegas will tell you, the world finally has a personal development movie that is delightful! The movie’s tag line, “taking the HELL out of self-help,” proved to be true, as the movie is so much fun you will forget you’re watching a self-help documentary. The film is actually a hybrid, as a fictional storyline provides an ideal platform for outstanding experts to share their personal stories of growth and how they came to embrace the seven keys featured in the movie.

The movie stars Director, Editor, and Actor Scott Cervine as Michael Walden. Michael is having a very bad year. He’s lost his job, his home is in foreclosure, and his negative rants have taken their toll on his relationship with his fiancee, Anne (played perfectly by the only professional actress in the movie, Lindsey Lauer.)

Writer/Producer Robin Jay stars as Elizabeth, the mysterious spiritual guide

Producer and Writer of “The KEEPER of the KEYS” Robin Jay also starred as “Elizabeth” – the mysterious spriritual guide Writer and Producer Robin Jay plays the role of Elizabeth, the mysterious spiritual guide who leads Michael on a journey through a bizarre mansion where they encounter experts who are there to help Michael.

“A Gift to the World … and the New GOLD Standard in its genre!”

Stephen Simon, co-founder of Spiritual Cinema Circle, said: “The Keeper of The Keys is the most innovative and entertaining film of its kind ever made. Wildly original, howlingly funny, fast-paced, and utterly delightful in every way, the film is truly a gift to the world. True to its ad copy, the film takes “the hell out of self-help” and is the new gold standard in its genre. When you see this movie, you will learn, laugh, and clap your hands with joy!”

Stephen is not just Co-founder of The Spiritual Cinema Circle, but also produced Somewhere in Time and What Dreams May Come, AND he produced and directed Conversations with God and Indigo. So, when he says this is the best movie of its kind EVER MADE, you can believe him.

This Movie Brings Humor and Solutions to Trying Times

“The KEEPER of the KEYS” is not only the first FUNNY self-help movie, but it’s also the first film of its kind to address the current economy and housing crisis. Anyone who has ever wanted to blame their situation on their boss, their relationships, the government, or their dysfunctional family will come to understand the truth about life as they watch this movie. Jay says, “I have no doubt viewers will come to understand the meaning of the keys.”

Jack Canfield Elevates Himself into a League of His Own

Jack Canfield on the red carpet, just before the world premiere showing of "The KEEPER of the KEYS"; Flash bulbs went off like the 4th of July! Jack is loved by all who know him.

Jay recalls, “Scott’s experience in working with big-name success gurus was that generally, they would not be willing to interact with fictional characters. But, when I asked Jack Canfield if he would indulge us in this respect, he answered, ‘Sure. Sounds like fun!’ That’s how really BIG Jack is. He is so comfortable with his knowledge base and who he is that he was not at all threatened by the process. The result is that he has elevated himself to another level … he is now in a league of his own!” And Jay adds, “John Gray and Marci Shimoff also had no problem interacting with Michael, and neither did any of our incredible experts. It all comes together and works incredibly well, making the storyline believable and relatable.”

The Movie Will Be Available Streaming and on DVD – In Just a Few Days!

Producer Robin Jay is currently working with Andy Ebon to make the movie available in just a few days, streaming from the movie’s website. To be notified as soon as the movie becomes available, just click on the RSS link on that site. DVDs are currently being produced and should be ready to ship before mid-January.

Jay tells those waiting to see the movie, “It will not disappoint. This is the kind of movie people are going to want their friends, family, and coworkers to watch. There is so much content, and it is all delivered in a fast-paced, funny, intriguing story that viewers will absolutely LOVE! I can’t wait for everyone to see it.” Jay said, “I had trouble getting through most of the movies in this genre, in spite of the fact that I genuinely WANTED to hear what the experts had to say. My goal was to raise the bar by making a personal development movie that would keep the viewers engaged. The best way to do that was to make the movie funny. And that is why I hired Scott Cervine to direct and play the part of Michael. He is HILARIOUS in this movie. And, I was blessed to have the mentorship of Stephen Simon.

I caught Stephen’s attention when I emailed him, asking for help, and stressed that I didn’t want my movie to be an endless stream of ‘talking heads’ – a style which has dominated this genre ever since the success of the movie ‘The Secret.’ In fact, it was Stephen’s suggestion that I go all out and make the movie truly funny.” Jay adds, “Stephen had worked with Scott Cervine several times before on projects for Spiritual Cinema Circle. When I told him Scott was available to direct my movie, he encouraged me to bring him on board. Scott loved my story for the movie so much that he insisted on doing the editing himself. Everything connected with this movie has been divine, just like the sequence of events that helped me to connect with Scott and Stephen.”

I’ve written before that production had wrapped on “The Keeper of the Keys” – the first FUNNY personal development movie ever produced, starring Jack Canfield, John Gray, and Marci Shimoff. But, as this is my first production, I realize now that I was being naive. As things turned out, my A-list production crew headed back into the studio last week to film some “pick ups” and the final expert segments.

Dare I announce yet again that filming has wrapped? I think I’m safe in doing so at this point! Congratulations to all the experts for committing to this project. They each flew to Las Vegas to film their segments, meet one another, and secure their spot in history! I can assure you … we succeeded in “taking the ‘Hell’ out of SELF-HELP”!

Special thanks to my “stars” – Jack Canfield, John Gray, and Marci Shimoff. They each went well out of their way to accommodate our filming schedule, and they could not have been more gracious! I have to share that WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET with these personal development icons. They love what they do and they genuinely want to help you. Ever since the success of the personal development movie, “The Secret,” these thought leaders have been at the forefront of the self-help industry.

Producer Robin Jay, in character as "Elizabeth" - the spiritual guide - on the set at the Parisian Palace

MY GOAL for the movie was to put as much content as possible in an amusing, engaging format so that everyone could enjoy it AND come away empowered. Even just a MORSEL of the right information can help you. The movie is funny and the experts are DIVINE! I didn’t want the movie to offer the same stories we’ve all heard before. I encouraged the experts to reveal their deepest, darkest fears, the hard-learned lessons that helped them to turn their lives around, and the events that shaped their destiny and made them the experts they are today. Trust me when I tell you THEY DELIVERED!

“The Keeper of the Keys” offers information and perspectives from diverse experts – from your own backyard to half-way around the world, young and old. I’m so excited for everyone to hear what a 73-year old expert has to say about empathy and faith, versus what an 18-year old expert has to say about those keys. What motivates a person to fire their clients – and start a new regimen that caters to themselves and their families first, only to discover they could earn even MORE in the process? How does being a parent help us to overcome fear? And, what does it say about us when those tables are turned and taking care of our parents becomes our responsibility? How can we find gratitude in the midst of adversity?

As I said, the content in this movie is RICH. When you watch the movie and hear the “KEY EXPERTS” share their stories and how they came to be the powerful, influential people they are today, you will be touched. You will laugh, you will be moved, you will find greater strength and become empowered. You will never be the same again.

The Las Vegas Convention Speakers Bureau is looking for just ONE MORE OUTSTANDING expert to appear along with Jack Canfield, John Gray, Marci Shimoff, and several other experts in a personal development movie that is sure to raise the bar on the self-help movie genre.

Primary production on “The Keeper of the Keys” has wrapped, but the crew is heading back into the studio later this month to film a few special features. There is ONE MORE SPOT available for an expert who wants to reach new audiences by appearing in this inventive, entertaining and engaging film, and it will go to the first qualified speaker or self-help expert to contact the producer at Robin@LVCSB.com. Time is of the essence.

The movie follows “Michael Walden” – a creative director – on an incredible journey of discovery. Michael has become quite a victim. First, he lost his job after more than 14 years of loyal, hard work. Then, his house ends up in foreclosure. He grows increasingly negative, understandably. When his fiancee breaks up with him, he starts to reflect on all times he’s reacted negatively to life itself. He realizes he needs help – and begins a magical journey where he encounters some of the most incredible experts who share their deeply personal stories of adversity and growth.

If YOU are a professional speaker, coach, or expert and have a story to share that could impact tens of thousands of people and help them to find the answers they seek, it’s not too late for you to become a part of this amazing cast of experts. But there is only ONE spot still available. Appearing in this movie will set you apart from all the other speakers who are vying for the same engagements. This is the most cinematic, dramatic, well-produced self-help movie that has ever been produced.

Ever since the success of “The Secret,” producers have done little more than present an endless stream of “talking heads.” “The Keeper of the Keys” is different; it is the first truly engaging self-help movie. It is funny and entertaining, yet puts the experts in a brilliant light. Produced by TwoBirds, Inc., which is owned by LVCSB owner Robin Jay, and directed by Scott Cervine, Movies from the Heart.

Contact Robin@LVCSB.com for more details. The VIP RED CARPET PREMIERE will be in Las Vegas on December 8th, 2011. Don’t miss the excitement and this golden marketing opportunity. Call or email now.

My background is in advertising. I have been CAPTIVATED by “Carmageddon.” First, I LOVE the name of this event. Talk about making lemons out of lemonade! Wow! Americans are KNOWN for their sense of humor and this is a great case in point. Anyone who has ever driven the 405 would agree that shutting it down for three days would be apocalyptic.

I’ve seen several “Carmaggedon” videos – including one on www.FunnyorDie.com – which was VERY funny, as well as an incredibly well-edited “Adolf Hitler has to get to the airport” video, which my friend Bill Morris forwarded to me. I even saw “PONCH” – Erik Estrada’s character from the “CHIPS” TV show warning Southern California motorists to AVOID the 405 freeway this weekend. The California Dept. of Transportation must’ve thought of using Erik to reach the seniors, as CHiPS hasn’t been on the air since 1983! But it was such an iconic show – and there is a strong association between Estrada and the California Highway Patrol (CHiPs). All of this promotion and warnings worked. The freeway was CALM and the Cal. DOT was able to pull down the old Mulholland Drive Bridge – the reason for the closure.

In my career, I have seen businesses that failed to advertise eventually close their doors. The #1 reason businesses fail is lack of sufficient capital – but I believe it is lack of promotion and advertising. If no one is spending their money with them because know one KNOWS about them, it’s fairly OBVIOUS why they went out of business – and how that business came to “lack capital.” Promotion in business – when done right – will lead to an influx of capital! The qualifier should read: “Lack of capital because no one KNEW about them!” Without sufficient customers, they eventually close their doors. Teddy Roosevelt once said, “Running a business without advertising is like winking at a pretty girl in the dark … only YOU know what you’re doing!” No kidding, Teddy!

An EERIE absence of cars; seems everyone in So. Cal. KNEW to stay away

So – let me just say that CARMAGGEDON is not “carmadud” as one onlooker commented. It’s a brilliant example of just how POWERFUL advertising, marketing, and promotion can be. The CARMAGGEDON “who-hah” (along with ON RAMP CLOSURES) has managed to keep the 405 clear this weekend.

Which brings me to the POINT of this blog: I am set on promoting the bureau’s new movie, “The Keeper of the Keys,” with all my heart, passion, and soul, because people NEED to see this movie! If people know what is coming, they will PLAN FOR IT! Our “KEY” movie is funny, it’s “Real Life,” and it’s going to take viewers on an incredible, cinematic journey. I’m guessing they won’t even realize it’s a documentary until they start to apply in their own lives some of what they discovered in the movie. And, even though I had PLANNED on promoting it, this weekend’s amazing Carmaggedon reminds me, once again, that advertising and marketing and promotion work; they are GOLDEN!

Bottom line: LOOK FOR EXCITING BLOG POSTS, PRESS RELEASES, AND INTERVIEWS from yours truly and all the amazing cast members and stars of “The Keeper of the Keys.” Know that it’s going to be a funny, engaging personal development movie that features amazing stories that will transform how you view the world. Mark your calendars to be in Las Vegas on December 8th – which is when we will premiere this amazing personal development movie which stars Jack Canfield, John Gray, and Marci Shimoff, at the Brenden Theatres at the Palms Resort Hotel & Casino. WATCH FOR IT! You’ll be hearing some buzz…..

And, BTW, traffic should be VERY light in Las Vegas on 12/8/11. National Finals Rodeo is in town, but that’s about it. Room rates will be affordable, air fare into town will be low, and you’ll essentially have the casinos and restaurants to yourself. I hope to see you there.

Imagine a self-empowerment movie that is actually entertaining! It’s never been done before. And you’ve probably never seen a self-help film with special effects, either, have you?

Well, fasten your seatbelts … because you are about to. “The Keeper of the Keys” is going to show the self-empowerment community that just because this is serious business doesn’t mean it can’t also be entertaining. Be prepared to experience “The Secret” meets “Harry Potter”!

The film is the brainchild of producer is Robin Jay – president of the Las Vegas Convention Speakers Bureau. She is also an award-winning author, speaker, and motivator. She had an idea to make a movie that would EMPOWER viewers – yet it would also be compelling, engaging, entertaining, and …yes… even funny!

“It hasn’t been done before,” Robin shared. “I got bored watching one self-help movie after another and I found it increasingly difficult to get through them. They were carbon copies of the most successful movie, ‘The Secret’, though they lacked imagination or anything fresh. Most of them were endless streams of ‘talking heads,’ and offered nothing new.”

“These movies all have similar, one-word titles, each beginning with ‘THE…’ In fact, many of the experts started referring to them as the ‘THE movies’! I felt the personal development industry needed to raise the bar if they expect movies to replace personal development books, a trend which is happening quickly with fiction and other non-fiction genres.”

“I started by inviting some of the most popular speakers of our time: Jack Canfield, John Gray, PhD, and Marci Shimoff.I was thrilled to get these amazing experts to share in this film. And they were all game to play along with our characters in order to make the storyline genuinely interesting. The project also attracted some of the most outstanding speakers, authors, and coaches of our time. I can’t wait for the viewers to hear the deeply personal stories that these incredible experts shared in this movie. I can assure viewers that they will not hear ANYTHING they have heard before. Our experts understood the importance of contributing new, meaningful dialogue and they really delivered!”

Robin says she got some help from some very big names. “I emailed producer/director Stephen Simon. He produced one of the most popular, romantic films of all time – ‘Somewhere in Time’ – with Christopher Reeve and Jane Seymour, as well as ‘What Dreams May Come’ with Robin Williams, and also produced and directed ‘Conversations with God’ with Neale Donald Walsch. Stephen co-founded Spiritual Cinema Circle because he wanted to bring more uplifting, meaningful, and happy movies to the world. He was upset over the prevalence of violence in films today and wanted to do something about it. I’m a huge fan so I figured why not start at the top?!”

"The Keeper of the Keys" Producer Robin Jay & Director Scott Cervine on set at FlowMotion in Camarillo, CA.

“Our first phone call was incredible,” said Robin. “I could not respect Stephen more, so when he started offering advice, I grabbed a pen and started writing. He was a tremendous influence. He said if the movie is going to be different and funny, then it would need to be REALLY different and VERY funny. When he heard I was interested in bringing in Scott Cervine as director and lead actor, he was on board 1000%. He has known and worked with Scott for nearly 10 years. He thought Scott – and his production company, ‘Movies From the Heart,’ would be ideal for this project. And, after working intensely with Scott for the past few weeks of production, I could not be happier or agree more.”

“Scott stepped up as director and actor, but he also became so enthralled with the project that he wanted to partner with me on it, and co-produce the movie – including working on the narrative script and handling all the editing. As they say in the movie business, he ‘made me an offer I couldn’t refuse.’ And that was the start of what has been the most incredible experience of my life,” Robin said. “Never before have I felt the ‘Law of Attraction’ at work as I have since I began this movie project. Everything has come together divinely – it’s been pure magic.”

Robin added, “This movie is cinematic, dramatic, funny, fresh, and promises to capture the imagination of viewers around the world. We filmed at several locations in Las Vegas, Nevada and California. The movie has an extremely unique look. And, more importantly,” she continued, “I believe it will empower the viewers and help them to take responsibility for their lives, gain greater understanding of how the universe works, and come away with renewed optimism and passion. They will gain all this while being entertained and laughing their way through this documentary.”

The VIP Red Carpet Premiere will be hosted by Robin Jay on December 8th, 2011, at the Brenden Theatres at the Palms Resort Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas with a portion of the proceeds going to charity. Subject to availability, special guests will include Jack Canfield, Marci Shimoff, and the featured experts and speakers from the movie, “The Keeper of the Keys.” Robin is also planning an intimate meet-n-greet luncheon on the day of the premiere so that viewers and fans can meet the experts and have a photo opportunity.

Jack Canfield, Dr. John Gray, and Marci Shimoff to Appear in New Movie

June 30th marked the last day of regular shooting on “The Keeper of the Keys” – the speakers bureau’s personal development film starring Jack Canfield, Dr. John Gray, and Marci Shimoff along with a cast of extraordinary experts in all fields of personal development.

A new kind of personal development movie

“The Keeper of the Keys” is an innovative personal development movie that was created by the film’s producer and bureau president, Robin Jay. Robin was frustrated by the genre of personal development films that amount to little more than endless streams of “talking heads.” She wanted to create a movie that was fun to watch, engaging, real-life, AND empowering to viewers. Her first step was to hire Scott Cervine to direct and star in the documentary. Robin had seen Scott in several films that he’d produced for Spiritual Cinema Circle and thought he’d be perfect on screen and behind the camera.

Scott became so excited about the project that he stepped up to co-produce and co-write the script with Robin. Scott’s production company is Movies from the Heart. His latest film is “The People vs. the State of Illusion”, which was produced by Austin Vickers. Scott also directed Debbie Ford’s movie, “The Shadow Effect”.

A Personal Development Movie that Will Empower Viewers

“The Keeper of the Keys” is a funny, narrative story for today. It’s about a man who was laid off from his job after 14 years with the same company. Before long, he starts to feel like a victim of his circumstances, projecting negativity in every aspect of his life. What makes this personal development movie so unique is the creative blending of a narrative story along with outstanding advice from some of the most engaging experts of our time. Add to that the fact that the movie was filmed at several dramatic locations and it’s assured that viewers are in for a real treat.

"Keys" Producer Robin Jay on the set with Jack Canfield

Filming wrapped with a trip to the FlowMotion studios in Camarillo, California. Robin and Scott flew down to capture Jack Canfield’s segments for the film.

“Jack is brilliant,” Robin reported. “His insights and comments are sure to resonate with the viewers. He spoke to all seven keys and shared stories that were exactly what people need to hear today.”

Robin says the “Law of Attraction” has never been more prominent in her life than it has been with this project. “What started out as a modest production has grown exponentially. From Scott stepping up to co-produce, co-write, and partner with me every step of the way to Jack, Marci, and John making time to appear in the movie. This project has exceeded my expectations in every way.

“Another incredible aspect of the production has been the caliber of experts who have come together to share their knowledge, expertise, and wisdom. Without them, the movie would not be as powerful. The list of experts includes:

Max Bolka, Carolyn Finch, Kathleen Haden, Molly Lord, Raven Magwood, Derek Mills, Regina Murphy, Jerry Olivarez, Steve Olsher, Lisa Ryan, Jennifer Sabin, Tom Stone, Hueina Su, and Laura Vobornik.

“The contributions of each of these experts will resonate with the viewers in a deeply personal way. These amazing speakers, coaches, and mentors dug deeply into their life experiences in order to share stories that we don’t get to hear from the platform. They fulfilled a tremendous purpose by exposing themselves and their personal challenges in order to empower the viewers.

“Add to that the network of friends and professionals I am honored to know who have offered their time, energy, and places of business in order to help make our ‘Keys’ movie a tremendous success. These include Brenden Theatres, The Palm Restaurant, The Firm Public Relations & Marketing, The Parisian Palace, as well as my FABULOUS friends who stepped up to appear in the movie, including knockout actress Lindsey Lauer, Michael Manfredi, Jay Alpert, Tom Zwicker, Barry Berlin, Leslie Zwicker, Carol Scott, Fiona Carmichael, and all the others. Our cast and crew did an extraordinary job and I’m filled with gratitude that is overwhelming.”

Brenden Theatres is kicking up the VIP Red Carpet Premiere in December. Subscribe to this bureau blog for updates. And, for a few experts who missed the opportunity to appear in and share their insights in the movie, Robin says they will be filming Special Features segments in mid-August. These segments will appear on the DVD so that a few, chosen experts will be able to be a part of this amazing production. STAY TUNED FOR MORE DETAILS AS THEY UNFOLD!

If you’ve been speaking professionally, but haven’t yet attained the level of success you seek, the Las Vegas Convention Speakers Bureau has the answer for you. Most speakers who want to share their experience and expertise with more audiences try everything from updating their Websites and marketing materials to reworking their presentations in the hopes of getting more speaking engagements, usually to no avail. And, personally, I receive several e-mails each week from speakers who are looking for more work. A bureau is not the same thing as a personal manager who will call to promote YOU exclusively. I try to find the very best ways for speakers to become more well-known.

Appearing in a personal development movie is a marketing shortcut for professional speakers.

If you are a professional speaker and are looking for a way to take your speaking career to a higher level, you need to attract all the attention you can. As the English evangelist John Wesley wrote, “I set myself on fire and people come to watch me burn!” So it is with speaking! When I coach a speaker and they tell me they speak on “SALES” for instance, I ask them, “What are you going to say about sales that 5,000 OTHER speakers aren’t saying?” It is a speaker’s job to DISTINGUISH themselves from ALL THE OTHER SPEAKERS vying for the same gigs.

The answer to distinguishing yourself could be as easy as appearing in a personal development movie.

Most speakers have books. But since our society is rapidly becoming digital-based, The Las Vegas Convention Speakers Bureau is producing a personal development movie this year that will feature Jack Canfield, Marci Shimoff, Tom Stone, Carlos Rey, and other outstanding experts. Imagine what appearing in a movie with these experts will do for your speaking career. This collaboration makes appearing in a movie affordable and, since people are judged by the company they keep, it will enable a few, chosen professional speakers to enjoy “success by association.” It’s a marketing and publicity gold mine!

Speakers appearing in this personal development movie will discover how easy it is to generate more business, raise their speaking fees, and reach more people. Appearing in a movie with nationally recognized leaders in the personal development industry can skyrocket a speaker into the public eye and provide that “something special” that meeting planners are looking for when booking speakers.

As president of the LVCSB, I will be producing the film, based upon an original screenplay. “The Keeper of the Keys” will blend a fictional storyline and characters with experts from the world of personal development. My goal for the project is twofold. “First, I want to empower the viewers. I will provide them with the keys to the universe by presenting them in a compelling, entertaining, and humorous movie they will want to watch. This way, they will be able to understand the ‘Universal Laws’ and discover how to apply them in their own lives. Secondly, I want to feature the experts in a brilliant and creative light and help them to reach more people than they ever imagined.”

The movie will feature Jack Canfield and Marci Shimoff, two stand-out experts from the movie, ‘The Secret,’ along with other leaders and experts in the field of personal development. Appearing in ‘The Secret’ helped to make household names of many of the 24 experts who were fortunate enough to appear in that movie.

“The Keeper of the Keys” will feature just 16 experts, including Jack and Marci. Already more than half of the spots in the movie have been filled – and the list of experts is impressive. I am limiting the number of experts to 16 because I want each one to stand out, and I want to avoid the endless stream of talking heads that has seemed to dominate the genre of self-help films. This movie will be a real breakthrough … or, as one of the experts referred to it, ‘a cosmic EVENT!’

I am looking for experts who want to do everything they can to distinguish themselves from all the other speakers vying for the same speaking engagements. I want speakers who are passionate about their message, eager to succeed, and who are interested in doing all they can do to reach more people.

The screenplay is being written to include information about 12 Universal Laws, or ‘keys.’ I am using the word ‘keys’ instead of ‘laws’ because ‘laws’ sound like work to most people. I want the Universal Laws to have UNIVERSAL APPEAL! Keys are magical and open doors … and that is what this movie is going to do for the viewers. The experts in the film will be able to share their knowledge and stories and thereby empower the viewers with the keys to a better, more fulfilling, and happier life.

Each expert who takes part in the personal development movie will have special scenes written just for them to showcase their unique message. I am an award-winning writer and will be developing the screenplay along with the help of another expert writer. Some of the keys that will be featured include:

•	A positive mental attitude
•	Sound physical health
•	Freedom from fear
•	Tolerance – having an open mind in all situations
•	Supply – the Law of Abundance
•	Capacity for faith
•	Economic Security – The Law of Compensation, and more.

The experts will also receive 500 copies of the DVD at a wholesale cost that they will be able to sell at retail, so they will earn 175% of their investment. And, they will be invited to attend the VIP Red Carpet Premiere of “The Keeper of the Keys” in Las Vegas, Nevada. This promises to be a night of stars that will include an incredible after-party.

I am working with the Levy Production Group, a state-of-the-art production studio in Las Vegas, and an incredible director. The movie will have international distribution through Michéle Bowen from Films that Inspire, the distribution company that handled the international distribution for the blockbuster personal development movie, “The Secret.”

Appearing in a personal development movie with Jack Canfield, Marci Shimoff, and other outstanding speakers will provide experts with a fast track shortcut to greater success and more speaking gigs. If you are a professional speaker and you want to get more work, you have to stand out. Appearing in a star-filled movie like “The Keeper of the Keys” will provide a few, chosen experts with pure publicity and marketing gold.

There are currently just a few spots still available in “The Keeper of the Keys.” I am already in pre-production on the movie and am busy customizing the screenplay.
Jack Canfield, Marci Shimoff, John Assaraf, Bob Proctor, Dr. John Demartini, Neale Donald Walsch, John Gray, Lisa Nichols, Michael Beckwith, and Fred Alan Wolfe all became household names after appearing in Rhonda Byrne’s movie “The Secret.” They rose to prominence as the personal development industry suddenly became a part of mainstream America. These experts led the transition from writing self-help books to appearing in movies. Today, appearing in a personal development movie can help the most outstanding motivational speakers to distinguish themselves in what has become a highly competitive field.

This is why the Las Vegas Convention Speakers Bureau is issuing a “CASTING CALL” for professional speakers and experts who are interested in being featured in the bureau’s newest personal development movie, “The Keeper of the Keys,” starring Jack Canfield and Marci Shimoff, two stand-out speakers from the movie “The Secret.”

The casting call is open to seasoned speakers and experts who have a strong message they want to share with the world. Being comfortable on camera is a huge plus. There are just a few spots available for the most qualified experts who can speak on the Universal Laws … or “Keys” to living a better life, enjoying greater success, and attaining happiness.

LVCSB president Robin Jay, who has published three editions of the bureau’s bestselling speaker anthology series, “The Power of the Platform,” said that her decision to produce a movie instead of another book was an easy one. Jay said, “The professional speaking industry is more competitive than ever before. For seasoned speakers, choosing to appear in a movie with well-known speakers like Jack and Marci is the opportunity of a lifetime. Building a successful speaking career is all about marketing – and a movie like this is an extraordinary marketing tool.”

“For speakers,” Jay shared, “being featured in a movie is the VERY BEST WAY to identify yourself as an expert in your field; it affords you the opportunity to share information with more people than ever before. And, unlike a book, people can watch a movie TOGETHER. They can view it with their friends, a spouse, or their kids and then discuss it with each other. Plus, with a movie, viewers can gain knowledge and understanding in just 90 minutes!”

Jack Canfield, the star of the movie, is co-creator of the “Chicken Soup for the Soul” series, creator of “The Success Principles,” and one of the most recognized and beloved experts in “The Secret.” Bestselling author and speaker Marci Shimoff, another expert who appeared in “The Secret,” the movie that started it all, will also star in the movie.

Marci’s newest book is “Love for No Reason.” It quickly rose to the top of bestseller lists across the country when it was released earlier this year. Shimoff is also the author of “Chicken Soup for the Woman’s Soul” and “Chicken Soup for the Mother’s Soul.” Several of the bureau’s “Power of the Platform” coauthors will also be featured in the film.

The story line will focus on the Universal Principles, or “keys,” such as the Law of Compensation, the Law of Supply, and the more well-known Law of Attraction. The screenplay is based upon the teachings of several pioneers in the field of personal development, though Jay said she will modify any specific area to tie in perfectly with any cast member’s particular experience.

“My goal for the movie is to create a compelling, entertaining, and dramatic movie. I want to avoid the endless stream of ‘talking heads’ that, so far, seems to be dominating the relatively new self-help genre. I am limiting the number of experts in this film because I want to give each expert the opportunity to really

The Las Vegas Convention Speakers Bureau has issued a “CASTING CALL” for professional speakers and experts who are interested in being featured in the new personal development movie, “The Keeper of the Keys.”

The casting call is open to those speakers who have been speaking for more than five years and who earn an average of $7500 or more per keynote address or seminar. Being comfortable on camera is a huge plus. There are currently just 11 spots available.
